We ordered 2 wood burning hot tubs for our glamping business. From the moment I inquired to the delivery day, the service has been fantastic, I had many questions regarding the tubs due to them being used by the public, and each question was answered clearly and quickly. The hot tubs are stunning, we went for white exterior and grey interior, they were easy to install and set up. We would recommend using Hot Tubs in France.

Excellent service from start to finish. Nicola answered my many questions and helped us to decide which would be the best tub for us. Installation was great and we were able to use the tub the same evening. Absolutely brilliant. does everything they said and it heated up really quick and retained its heat for a long time. Highly recommended.

We have had our tub several weeks now and it is fantastic. The service from start to finish from Nicola and Tim was easy, trouble free and a pleasure. It was installed very quickly and we were able to have our first dip the same day. We have used the tub without heat (the water was 27 degrees) to cool off and we have heated it up to 40 degrees, which lasted 2 days without the need to reheat with the super-efficient insulated cover to keep the heat in. That was a tad too hot though! We have ready noticed a difference with arthritic pain and wonder now why we didn’t get one sooner. Highly recommend Hot Tubs in France. We renovated a derelict gite in late 2022 and ordered a Burford Deluxe. It was the best decision ever, the guests love the hot tub which is included for stays of 7 nights and a small extra fee if under 7 nights. We love using the hot tub when we don't have guests staying too! It so relaxing and the lights look fantastic in the evening. Nicola and her husband were very friendly and helpful going over and above for us, we can't recommend them highly enough.
